Combined with a Vulcan adjustable or flat bench you can easily bench, deadlift, rack pull, pullup, and dip from the Elite Half Rack. This great piece of equipment is designed to withstand heavy forces and look good while doing it.

- 2 x 3mm Thick 75mm x 75mm Crossbeams.
- 3 x 2mm Thick 75mm x 75mm Crossbeams.
- 1 x Straight Pull up bar
- 1 x J-hooks Pair
- Spotter Arms Pair
- Westside hole spacing (2.5cm between holes to allow for precise adjustment of J-Hooks and safety spotter arms)
- 8 x Storage Horns (option w/ storage horns)
